VCU offers a limited number of student services during Intersession. A detailed schedule will be posted towards the end of the year.
The James Branch Cabell Library will be open each day of Intersession except for Jan. 1, 2017. For more information, visit the library website or call the library information line at (804) 828-1110.

Barnes & Noble @ VCU will be open during Intersession. Students are encouraged to pre-order their books for pickup in the bookstore.
Parking and transportation
During Intersession, daily and hourly parking is available at the West Broad Street Deck, West Cary Street Deck and West Main Street Deck, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Credit and debit cards, RamBucks and cash are accepted at these locations. Students, faculty and staff may purchase parking at a discounted rate of $25 for Intersession.
VCU’s shuttle service, RamRide, operates on a limited schedule during winter break. Visit the website for details.
Students on a 12-month housing contract can stay on campus during Intersession. Nine-month housing closes for winter break. For more information, contact Residential Life and Housing.
